Contract: Locum, 3-Months

Duties:
- Contribute to delivering a Front Door service effectively to support and safeguard children, young people, parents, and carers
- Handle enquiries and referrals promptly, ensuring feedback is provided
- Support MASH transformation and new approaches to ensure timely and high-quality service
- Process enquiries, referrals, and requests accurately, highlighting urgent matters
- Support training and learning initiatives to enhance service quality
- Respond professionally to enquiries from various organizations and the public
- Undertake administrative tasks and maintain records and resources
- Collect and organize information for service monitoring
Requirements of the Contract & Referral Officer:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current registration with Social Work England
- Understanding of Safeguarding, Children's Social Care, and Early Help
- Respect for privacy, cultural diversity, and confidentiality
- ICT systems knowledge and data inputting accuracy
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Self-organization, workload management, and ability to meet targets
- Experience in children's social care, family support, and public-facing roles
- Proficiency in navigating and utilizing ICT systems
