We are seeking a dynamic and experienced UK Sales Manager to join our company.
As the UK Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business by managing and growing our sales operations in the Independent Retailers segment.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who has a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the wholesale industry.
ResponsibilitiesnDevelop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the Independent Retailers channelnManage and motivate a team of field sales representatives and agents to achieve sales goalsnMaintain and develop an existing portfolio of customersnBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and partnersnIdentify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on themnOrganize and attend UK trade showsnStay updated on market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the marketnConduct regular sales meetings and performance evaluationsnCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer serviceRequirements
3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the gifting or fashion industry.nProven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.nStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsnExcellent negotiation and relationship-building abilitiesnAbility to analyse sales data and make strategic decisionsnProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwarenExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtennFull driving licensenWillingness to travel and attend industry events and trade shows.
