Job Summary

We a vacancy for a Learning Partner Quality Advisor on a 12-month fixed term basis.

_What you will be doing:
_
Ensuring that accreditation services are carried out thoroughly and in accordance with Service Level Agreements to support NEBOSH's Learning Partner Programme; you will be accountable for:

  • Providing guidance and support to Learning Partners with accreditation processes
  • Making judgements against a broad set of criteria.
  • Issuing contracts to Learning Partners. Maintaining Learning Partner records supporting NEBOSH projects and initiatives. Processing payments.
  • Actioning suspensions, sanctions, and withdrawals of accreditation

_About You:
_

  • Good administration skills
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Experience in working in a fastpaced environment with daily deadlines and peak periods
  • Experience in processing high volumes of data accurately and in line with legislation
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook

_Key skills and attributes for the job:_

  • Knowledge of NEBOSH systems would be an advantage
  • High levels of integrity and professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Experience of developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal skills
