Salary:
£28,974 Per Annum + 20% Shift Allowance for night shifts (Equivalent to £34,756)


Shift Pattern:
Including weekends and nights on rotation


Contract:
Permanent


About the Role:

Join our team as the Transport Team Manager where you will play a crucial role in ensuring delivery schedules are met.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and ensure driver hours and absence are managed efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with the scheduling system.
  • Manage communication with drivers to facilitate timely departures.
  • Consistently meet operational and customer service KPIs.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within the Transport industry is essential. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic office setting with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.


Understanding of driving legislation and CPC certification would be advantageous.
