REED have partnered with a long-standing South West provider to the construction sector, with an office close to Central
Bristol. Recruiting for an
Internal Telesales role on a
full time, permanent basis.
Free on-site parking in a location close to Central Bristol.
This role includes NO Cold Calling, it is not a high pressured, sales role. This role will suit someone with previous office and customer service/telephone based experience.
Ability to take enquiries, process them, go the extra mile for a customer, be proactive,recognise opportunities to support our extensive custom base and work well with a small, close-knit team.
Our client mainly sells steel products to builders, civil engineers, builders' merchants, fabricators to name a few. We have a large custom base, many of which have used us for a long time.Mainly the business that comes in is repeat business.
Duties:
Generate orders via our bespoke in-house system
Process sales and purchase orders
Generate orders to warehouse for picking and dispatching
Update customers on their orders
Call customers when we have a delivery in their local area, see if they're looking for any stock dropping off to them
Work closely with the team, pitch in and support
Salary - £23-£25k
22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and complete closure for Christmas
Monday to Friday. 8.15am - 4.45pm
Annual bonus based on the Branches performance.
