The children's cardiac services team at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children works closely with paediatric intensive care and the WATCh transport service. They are part of a network that includes adult cardiology/congenital heart disease services. The Level 1 CHD center serves a population of around 7 million people.
Main Duties of the JobThe Paediatric Cardiology department has a team of 11 cardiologists who provide specialized care for children with congenital heart conditions. The role involves participating in CHD networks, delivering clinics at different hospitals, attending conferences, and contributing to outstanding patient care.
This is a full-time position for a Paediatric Cardiologist focusing on arrhythmia and inherited cardiac conditions at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children.

Qualifications & TrainingEssential- Full and specialist registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
- Completion of specific training in paediatric arrhythmia management & inherited cardiac conditions
- Higher academic qualification MD, PhD or equivalent
- Experience in relevant specialties
- Up-to-date knowledge and experience in the specialty
