JOB ROLE:

  • Booking in meetings and supporting Senior Management Team with meeting preparation
  • Preparing board reports
  • Attend meeting and take minutes
  • Audio typing
  • Providing general secretarial and office support when required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Computer literacy: A good working knowledge of word processing is essential and Microsoft Office packages
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels offering support and advice where needed
  • Excellent organisational skills; the ability to manage time well; prioritise workload and the ability to work to deadlines
