The Royal Bath Hotel is a 207-bedroom hotel, and we are looking to recruit a Night Manager on to the team on a full-time contract.
As Night Manager, you will be required to:
- Assist in training for all night personnel on standards and procedures.
- Ensure follow up and monitoring of those standards to company requirements.
- Maintain a positive, proactive approach towards the department, maintaining upmost courtesy and politeness towards guests and staff.
- Ensure public areas are checked and security and floor checks are carried out on a regular basis.
- Support other night staff on duty.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and will ensure the team continue to provide a high-quality service. Previous experience is desirable.
