About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our Front Office Team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the reception desk and processing nightly reports
  • Assisting security with building security monitoring
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of public areas and transporting guest luggage
  • Aiding the day team in ensuring exceptional service around the clock

Requirements:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude and genuine customer service focus
  • Technical skills to process nightly audits of front office transactions
  • Fast-thinking and customer-focused problem-solving skills
  • Initiative to create memorable guest experiences and ensure daily revenue capture and reporting
