This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading business school and globally renowned university in an events and engagement role, at an exciting time of growth and international expansion for the institution.

You will lead on events and programming among the Business School's global alumni community of more than 30,000 graduates across over 100 countries.

You will be the Alumni Relations events expert leading on in-person, hybrid and online stakeholder engagement activity.

You will be a part of a highly collaborative Alumni team and will also work closely with other events professionals across Imperial.

The role will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, management, reporting and analysis of the alumni events and programming as well as the development of specific segments of our portfolio.

The role will help mobilise alumni to engage support the Business School building a robust, engaged alumni network with Imperial.

Able to demonstrate strong event management experience, including experience of running a variety of events ranging from both online to in person development and delivery
Highly developed organisational skills in events management, with evidence of strong project management, attention to detail, meticulous planning and organisational skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills, evidenced by background in writing promotional material and well as preparing comprehensive reports and making presentations
Ability to use large customer or membership databases, ideally Raiser's Edge, and draw on data to support an events programme
Effective use of the Microsoft Office package and the ability to learn new software systems
A flexible approach to working, able to work evenings and weekends if needed
Willingness to travel within and outside of the UK for specific events
The contract is full time and open-ended.
The College's work location framework allows for some flexibility in work location and hybrid working.
