Looking for a seasoned sales professional with a solid grasp of the sales process from start to finish. Preferably experienced in various sales roles like customer services, regional sales management, and leading sales teams. A degree in sales, marketing, business administration, management, or accounting would be a plus. Certification from reputable organizations like the National Association of Sales Professionals and Chartered Institute of Marketing is desirable. Must be adept at handling all sales stages and customer interactions. Collaborative engagement at all organizational levels is crucial. Familiarity with the Dental Industry is advantageous but not mandatory. A robust CV demonstrating a stable, long-term work history is essential.

Role Overview

The primary goal is to maximize company profits and assist the Directors in enhancing sales processes, introducing new concepts, and elevating customer service standards. Responsibilities include managing sales budgets, leading regional sales teams, collaborating with Customer Services, recruiting, training sales staff as needed, setting goals for accounts or regions, and creating sales plans based on available data. Extensive travel across the UK and Ireland is required to oversee sales operations, customers, roadshows, conferences, and exhibitions. Focus on managing the top 20% of UK clients and the main lab corporate group, fostering enduring business relationships, supporting marketing efforts, and utilizing sales data for effective strategies.

Additional Details:

Data: Utilize market data, statistics, and trends to set sales goals, review marketing strategies, prepare forecasts, track sales data, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop presentations for teams and customers. Teams: Establish targets for the national sales team based on past performance, provide daily oversight, offer guidance on strategies, travel to regions frequently, motivate team members, and recruit, onboard, and manage new sales staff. Collaborate with the advertising and marketing team to enhance promotions, introduce new products, and review competitor campaigns to fine-tune their approach. Customer Service & Relationships: Enhance customer service models to drive profits, improve service skills, build strong relationships, and focus on top accounts and large corporate customers.
