Central Brighton offices, a stone's throw from the beach

Office Angels are supporting a successful travel company based in the heart of Brighton. The company deal with millions of travellers and provide services across the globe.


We are looking for a confident communicator to work in the bespoke team, dealing with tailor made requests that cannot be selected online, from transfers, limos to helicopters and more.


About the role

  • Produce accurate quotes for customers, gaining information on prices from the companies third party providers
  • Using initiate to put a quote together based on location and logistics
  • Speaking to customers on the phone for urgent quotations leaving within 2 days
  • Ensuring quotes are profitable for the business and in line with set margins
  • Diverting customers to pay online
  • Please note this is a call based role, around 2040 a day max

About you:

  • Administration experience
  • Any experience in travel or call centre or sales related roles beneficial but not required
  • Available immediately and ongoing
