Our leading Charity with sites across Lincolnis looking for a Registered Manager to join their team in Grimsbyto support individuals with a range of learning disabilities. Theclient offers a range of specialist education, care, day services,employability, and support services and is looking for a RegisteredManager who can manage a team of 2 deputy managers and a team ofsupport workers at their site. This role offers a salary of up to35,000 with additional benefits.
What Does the RoleEntail?
As a Registered Manager atthe Grimsby site, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring thehighest standards of care and support for individuals. You willensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such asthe Care Standards Act and CQC Regulations. Whilst also leading andorganising the day-to-day operations of the service. You willensure consistent communication with families and agenciesregarding the development and activities. Furthermore, you willoversee the team including staff development, managing the rota andworking with other Registered Managers to ensure support across thesites in Lincolnshire.
What Skills Will YouHave?
Ideally, you will have priorexperience in a similar role within the care sector, to give you anunderstanding of the demands of the industry. This role allows youto step from a Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager role. Yourexperience with on-call systems, knowledge of safeguardingprocedures, passion for quality care, and commitment to supportingothers will be key to your success. Exceptional communicationskills and strong organisational abilities are qualities we valuein the ideal candidate. Due to the nature of this role and thetravel commitments to the site being a driver isessential.
