We currently have a part
- time vacancy within our Occupational Health Department.

We are seeking a person to undertake a range of clerical duties in line with the job description. previous experience in an administrative office environment, with good computer and keyboard skills are essential.


The post holder must have excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, whilst prioritising work efficiently and methodically in a busy department paying attention to detail and accuracy.

Training will be given in our new Cority system.

Interviews will be held on Thursday 16 February


The post holder will provide a wide range of administrative support for the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Team under the supervision of the occupational health Business Manager.


This will include:

  • Registering referrals
  • Appointing patients and supporting the appointments process
  • Input information into patient/client records
  • Managing incoming mail
  • Investigate and resolve enquiries from our clients


The post holder will have knowledge of / skills in all areas of administrative functions to enable them to support the department, using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) to ensure that functions of the role are carried out correctly within given timescales.
