The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager who is experienced in lead generation, and content production.

We've got ambitious plans that follow an advanced content strategy, giving the opportunity to create fantastic marketing creatives, and in person experiences through events and conferences.

Your role will be to make these things happen - always keeping in mind the user journey, so that our prospects only experience the best customer experience.

The Marketing Team has an ambitious roadmap to deliver brand recognition in international and domestic markets. UBIQ provides advanced websites to some of the leading K12 Schools around the world.

These websites are backed with our proprietary software AMAIS:
an advanced Content Management System, Digital Experience Platform and Customer Data Platform all rolled into one.

Put simply, no one does what we do - and we are on a mission to ensure schools worldwide begin to build behavioural science, data-led decision making, and metrics that matter into their marketing approaches.


First class creative:

Take the helm in crafting strategic marketing content, both on your own, and working with other creatives when necessary - drive first class quality for our brand.


Content Strategy Execution :

You'll provide vital contributions to content strategies - including performance data, and recommended actions, and deliver consistent regular content to grow our online channels.


CRM:
Y ou'll deliver advanced email content to develop our brand new CRM strategy.

CMS:
You'll work with our own proprietary CMS to develop our web content and drive our SEO goals.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Marketing Team members (including Events Marketing Manager & Retention Content Marketing Manager) & internal teams to ensure swift and effective campaign execution and comms for all initiatives.


Internal Stakeholder Relationships:
It's important we as marketers are amazing colleagues to our friends in Sales, Customer Experience, Production and Creative.

We are here to bring more clients from the K12 Schools market, to the UBIQ website platform: an empathetic, commercially savvy, and human-first approach is vital.


Industry Experience:

At least 5 years in a similar role within a marketing agency or extensive hands-on marketing experience in the Education sector.


Creative Marketing Expertise:

We're looking for an adept content creator, with knowledge of strategic marketing methods including SEO, PPC, and social media.


Communication:

Exceptional command of both written and verbal English (and tonal variation), with a proven ability to effectively present marketing strategies and translate complex data into actionable insights.


Organisational Skills:
Strong capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong empathy for customers AND commercial mind for revenue and growth
