Swanstaff Recruitment are recruiting for customer service agent to work with our client within the home improvement industry.

Working as a customer service agent can be an incredibly rewarding job.

It gives you the opportunity to help people solve their problems and to feel the satisfaction of a job well done.


You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers and handling customer enquiries with the upmost care and professionalism.

This means listening carefully to customers, understanding their needs, and finding solutions that meet their expectations.

You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and to maintain a positive attitude even when under pressure.

  • Monday to Thursday
  • 2 weeks full training
  • 20 days annual leave
