Candidate Profile:
We are looking for enthusiasm, ambition, conscientiousness and all-round ability.
Applicant needs to have experience in a similar role, be conversant with all aspects of TV post-production and familiar with bookings software, ideally Farmers Wife.
Job Description:
You will work closely with our Bookings Team to provide administrative support, which will include but not be limited to:
- Updating scheduling system with relevant and important information and notes for creative and support staff.
- Co-ordinating Offline MCR bookings as per the client's needs or post producers' instructions; raise bookings with clear and accurate details.
- Advising General Manager and running team in advance of notable guests coming to DCF.
- Under Post Producer guidance scheduling basic MCR jobs to help manage the workflows of the machine room and make sure deadlines are adhered to.
- Updating and managing incoming drive logs – prepping documents for MCR.
- Ensuring contact information in scheduling system and on phone lists is up to date and correct.
- Answering phones and taking accurate and detailed messages when Post Producers are otherwise engaged.
- Providing reception and despatch cover over breaks and other ad hoc times.
Salary will be competitive and there are opportunities to progress.
