Lead Service Transition Manager (Inside IR35)

We are searching for individuals with an IT Service Management background and proven expertise in successful Service Design and Transition. If you have the skills, WeWantYou

You'll become part of the Service Architecture Design and Introduction (SADI) Function, where Service Design and Transition Managers (SDTMs) collaborate to develop and transition IT services that:

  • Support business needs
  • Reuse existing service components
  • Are proportionate and affordable
  • Span multiple suppliers, platforms, and support arrangements effectively

Your main responsibilities as a Lead Service Transition Manager include:

  • Designing and documenting new services
  • Embedding service design principles and standards into projects
  • Producing comprehensive service designs
  • Ensuring safe and structured project transitions
  • Contributing to defining standards and service improvement

Required experience:

  • Active SC Clearance
  • ITIL aligned Service Management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Onboarding third party suppliers
  • Service Design and Transition in Medium to Large Organizations

Desirable experience:

  • Public sector exposure
  • Agile development methodology
