Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of personal lines insurance policies, including home, motor, and travel insurance
- Providing advice to clients on insurance products and services
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, Insurers, and other stakeholders
- Processing policy renewals, midterm adjustments, and claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
