Experience Required
- Excellent customer service
- Proven previous administrative experience
- Proficient in MS excel and word
- Previous experience of written customer correspondence
Duties
- Processing sales orders from customers
- Running reports on excel
- Handling queries on invoices
- Logging customer returns
