£10.42 per hour plus free onsite parking, 5 weeks (pro rata) annual leave

Job Introduction:

This role will provide first-line support for both internal and external Customer Contacts regarding technology systems-related queries. This is a part time (25 hours per week) fixed term role for 6 months. This would suit someone with school children as the hours can be flexible to suit. You will need to be on-site - this is not a hybrid role.

Role Responsibility:

Main Responsibilities

  • To provide advice in a clear and consistent manner.
  • Maintain information relating to the systems, so that information is accurate, current and confidential.
Essential Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrable good organisational skills
  • Ability to use Google, G-Mail, Word and Excel
Desirable Skills and Knowledge

  • Previous experience of a Help Desk or working with shared mailboxes


Please note, this role does not qualify for a visa under the current Government guidelines therefore to be considered for this role you must already have the right to work in the UK.

Re-location costs will not be granted. You must live in reasonable commuting distance of the site.
