Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products, services, and policies, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and scheduling appointments or meetings, to support the smooth operation of the company.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues, share knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Manage and maintain the company's electronic filing system, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to empathize with customers, understanding their needs and concerns.
  • Solid multitasking and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as experience using CRM systems.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required, to accommodate the needs of our diverse customer base.
  • A reliable highspeed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
