Your primary focus will be the creation of original content ideas and formats within the realms of Sport, Culture, and Gaming, specifically tailored for our YouTube channels at Red Bull.

The ultimate goal is to expand our UK audience on YouTube and foster deeper engagement.

As an expereinced producer, you should possess a deep understanding of YouTube and the audeince, with a proven track record for creating high performing content on the platform, and with it an innate sense of which creative approaches are most effective on YouTube.

You will have an established network of producers, directors, and editors who can deliver outstanding content for YouTube on competitive budgets.

Your hunger for action and results-driven mindset will drive your initiatives.

Moreover, you should be adept at analyzing data to inform your creative strategies and unwavering in your commitment to delivering content that aligns with the Red Bull brand.

The role's success hinges significantly on editorial excellence and guidance.

You must not only possess the capability to confidently and authoritatively lead production teams of diverse sizes and creative individuals but also be at ease when working under the leadership of other executive producers.

This is because you will frequently be called upon to contribute to larger-scale project executions or productions as part of a collaborative effort.

You must excel in interpersonal communication, building strong relationships with a diverse range of individuals, from athletes to senior management.

We anticipate you will become an authority in this field, offering guidance and direction to external resources when necessary, and providing constructive feedback at every stage to ensure the best possible results.

Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in educating our internal teams on innovative content development and strategies for YouTube.

You will be expected to contribute to and work across the ideation, development and execution of some projects in the long form/live space, namely for Youtube and Twitch.

Whilst your experience might sit within mid form content production, we are looking for people who aspire to add to their skillset and make the most of the opportunities available, to learn and therefore expand their potential impact on the business.

We have a number of long form/live propositions we broadcast across our Youtube channels and you will be expected to input with your experience and knowledge of this platform to ensure productions are optimized for success.
