Monday to Friday 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am (Weekly rotation)

You will be responsible for ensuring that assets and plant are effectively managed, and the safety of staff, contractors, customers, and visitors is followed.


Your key responsibilities

  • As part of our driving team, you will be responsible for the daytoday changeover of containers to maintain the optimal productivity at our MBT facility, ensuring that recycling and diversion targets are met
  • Ensuring all skips, trailers, bins and equipment are stored in a safe and efficient manner, with ease of access.
  • Report all safety or environment issues to Management, and where appropriate, to internal support services staff.
  • Ensure that KPI reports are completed on time, and these include daily tracker, SRF production records, stoppage reports, crane data and others.
  • Identify underperforming assets for evaluations, identify potential business improvement projects and provide information to the Bio MRF Manager/Senior Operations Manager.
  • Assist the public/third parties with queries and complaints. All complaints must be reported, investigated and remedial actions carried out if required.
