Summary


The senior event's executive role will work alongside two event managers to successfully manage and deliver the ICIS events portfolio.

This role will take full responsibility for some of our smaller events, training courses and webinars while also working as part of a team on our bigger events.

You will be a strong administrator who can manage your time effectively while prioritising several different projects.

Working closely with relevant internal teams (customer success, marketing, sales, production and accounts) to support the successful delivery of our portfolio.

You will also work closely with our external stakeholders such as sponsors and suppliers.

This individual will have a keen eye for detail and thrive at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. They will be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues on the event project team to contribute to the planning of allocated events
  • Execution of allocated events, both virtual and in person
  • Management of the event budget, supplier invoices and JV payments for allocated events
  • Set up and delivery of online digital event platforms such GGT, GTW, On24 and GRIP
  • Venue searching, shortlisting and contract negotiation
  • Onboard new suppliers, ensuring all correct legal and compliance processes have been adhered to
  • Effective supplier management to ensure the best service and rates for the business
  • Support other team members with their events as required
