Source Recruit have an exciting opportunity to work as a Time-Sheet Administrator at an NHS Organisation in Brighton. This is a fast paced, challenging, and demanding role where attention to detail is key.

You must be flexible in approach, able to exercise initiative, work independently and demonstrate a consistently high standard of professionalism, being aware of the need for confidentiality and integrity.


Responsibilities:

  • Process Medical Locum Timesheets
  • Ensure Doctors are paid on time
  • Check the rate table, enter shifts into the system, check timesheets for accuracy, calculate rates and enter information onto a spreadsheet
  • Deal with queries raised by doctors if they feel they have not been paid correctly

Essential Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail
  • Comfortable with dates and numbers
  • Happy dealing with repetitive tasks such as data entry

Job Type:

  • 6 Month initial contract (strong chance of extension)
