Job Title:
Customer Service Administrator (Temporary to Permanent)

Location:
High Wycombe

Salary:
£11 per hour

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (40 hours per week)

Contract Type: 12 weeks temporary contract then permanent

Key responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer complaints and resolving issues
  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate databases
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth communication
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in a similar role
Contract length: 12 weeks

Salary:
£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:
