A Day in The Life

A Sales Negotiator's day involves meeting clients, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales terms. You'll develop client relationships, follow up on leads, and provide market expertise. Preparing listings and marketing materials, you'll ensure effective property promotion. Staying updated on market conditions and legal requirements, you'll collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.

Duties
  • Conduct property viewings accurately and efficiently.
  • Advise customers on active suitable properties to arrange viewings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, buyers, and investors.
  • Generate leads and follow up on potential listings.
  • Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
  • Negotiate sales terms and contracts to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Stay updated on real estate market conditions, regulations, and developments.
  • Work with colleagues, including agents and admin staff, streamlining operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Skills & Attributes
  • At least 1 year proven experience in property sales negotiation.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Skilled in negotiation and sales contract management.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in real estate.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset.
Hours of Work
  • Monday – Friday: 08:45 – 17:30
  • Saturday: 09:00 – 16:00 (alternate weekends as per rota, Lieu day in the week)
