Job Description

What the role is all about...

Accountable for contact centre and partner commercial performance, delivering effective commercial programs in a fast-paced care environment. Lead, manage and motivate a Sales/Retention Team indirectly through partner relationship management against key commercial KPI's for acquisition growth, recontracting, churn and additional revenue on contract voice and connected products to meet agreed targets and achieve maximum results. Develop and maintain a deep working relationship with key stakeholders internally and externally to enable the partner to effectively deliver to objectives and performance standards. Drive operational and commercial journey improvements to continuously improve customer experience in channel while delivering against OPEX budget. Support the development and execution of a strategy to implement a sales through service proposition, throughout customers lifecycle, which provides global best in class service to our Consumer customers. Works with guidance to maintain high performance while applying a change mindset to the planning, execution, and monitoring of all channels and Go To Market change.

What you'll be doing...

Deliver against channel commercial budget target expectations across multiple LOB's and additional revenue streams. Consistently search for ways to improve conversions, work collaboratively with teams across Sales and Consumer to ensure we have the right products for the right customer in channel, and with operations teams to ensure all interactions return maximum potential. Manage and improve NPS scores and Complaints performance across all sales channels to ensure customers receive the ultimate experience. Work with planning teams to ensure contact SLA's achieved and operation is efficient.

Qualifications

What you'll ideally bring...

Extensive experience in similar partner relationship management or direct sales team leadership role. Experience of managing and developing stakeholder relationships in a remote team environment. Possess a clear understanding of outsource partner management. Strong commercial acumen and able to identify opportunities for commercial growth in operational performance and customer journeys. As the role requires management of a diverse range of internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers exceptional interpersonal, networking, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills are essential with evidence of a proactive approach and creditable outcomes.

What you'll receive in return...

The Full Time Equivalent salary range for this role start's at £53,760 and exact salary will differ by job and experience. Competitive annual salary, a performance based annual bonus, a car allowance & an additional 'flexible allowance' to spend on additional benefits, topping up your pension, or to be added to your salary. Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
