Administration is the oil that keeps the business moving - you will see all facets of the business from sales, facilities, operations, accounts, HR, Health & Safety and customer service.

This role is vital to our business and support is given throughout.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Supporting the general manager with all things property related.

Working with the Operations Team to ensure all requests are planned and carried out in a timely manner

Reports are maintained, filed and billed correctly

Responding to and fielding requests from multiple stakeholders

Ensuring Health & Safety throughout

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship through Vocate Training.

You will be taught through:
4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
20% Off The Job Training
The course is a 12-18 month programme

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
A full time position is expected following successful completion of the Apprenticeship. The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles.
