nDemonstrated expertise in compliance and a strong understanding of insurance industry regulations.nProven track record in proactively managing operational risk, mitigating potential vulnerabilities and promoting best practices.nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, fostering a cohesive approach to risk and compliance.nProficient in developing and implementing risk and compliance strategies to align with business objectives.nAbility to analyse complex data and identify trends to inform risk management decisions and improve compliance processes.


Preferred Qualifications:

nBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Risk Management, or similar.nProfessional certifications in compliance or risk management.nMaster's degree in a related discipline would be an advantage.
