Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Lawyer to join our dynamic team at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE in Birmingham.

As a key member of our risk and compliance department, you will work closely with experienced lawyers and compliance specialists to ensure firm-wide compliance.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with stakeholders regarding risk-related issues
  • Assisting senior staff with strategic and operational issues
  • Reviewing firm-wide policies and procedures
  • Providing advice on client terms of engagement and bid proposals
  • Leading on matters relative to professional regulations
  • Supporting colleagues with claims handling
  • Addressing complaints relative to the internal complaint procedures
