Our team of skilled professionals offers around-the-clock specialised care for individuals with spinal cord injuries and other complex needs, and we are now looking for like-minded professionals to join us in providing top-quality care that truly makes a difference.


The role at Josh's Care Company:

Rate of pay:

£14 per hour.

Location:

LN1, Newark Road, Laugherton, Lincoln

Contract:

Permanent

Hours:

36 hours per week - This will consist of working 3, 12 hour shifts each week -
this will include a
mixture of days, waking nights and alternate weekends.



Times:

The day shift times are 7am - 7pm, The night shift times will run between 7pm - 7am.

About the role:

  • Providing specialised care to a vibrant young man with a highlevel spinal cord injury.
  • Providing nighttime ventilation support and assistance with learning difficulties.
  • Assistance with moving and handling, personal care, peg feeding and medication

Our service user is a 22-year-old who loves engaging in fun activities, listening to music, playing board games (and sometimes cheating), and sharing lots of laughter.

Our goal is to find someone who can create a fun and enjoyable environment for him, ensuring that he is always happy and smiling.

He enjoys spending time with friendly individuals and caring for his many pets.
