The purpose of the Legal Administrator will be to provide efficient and high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth running of each department.


Client Details
Page Personnel are recruiting on behalf of their client who are a specialist property and remortgage law firm.

Description
The key duties and responsibilities of the Administrator will be:

  • Destaple, Sort, distribute & deal with all paper remortgage correspondence
  • Review and index all electronic faxes received
  • Destaple sort and batch all Equity Release correspondence
  • Scan all document types
  • Index and match all Remortgage documents through the M-Workflow system
  • Data Inputting within the ICAS system
  • Contact lenders via Fax/Internet/Telephone and request/chase Redemption Statements
  • Compile spreadsheets, record and file all legal documentation to comply with Legal Document Process.
  • Produce letters from Case Management systems to return original documents/deeds to the applicants and/or lenders.
  • Work with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of documents across the business
  • Deal with any adhoc tasks as required

Profile

The successful Administrator will have/ be:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office packages inc. word, excel & outlook
  • Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure.
  • Team player
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt to a changing environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Ability to use initiative
