Our dynamic B2B and dropship operations account for a significant portion of our annual turnover, demonstrating our robust market presence.

Working with the Production, Dropship Operations, and Range Manager, you will be a key decision-maker in delivering trend and data-led curated ranges to our UK High Street retail partners.


You will be the company's face of dropship, managing the end-to-end of our Dropship accounts; from generating sales and creating sales funnels, communicating effectively, and managing our SLAs, as well as all other account deliverables.

You will have overall responsibility for onboarding new accounts and cross-department projects, managing the process and briefs for the team internally to ensure successful launches to market.


This role needs someone who can not only effectively manage accounts and make effective sales decisions, but who is also tech and excel savvy, with a willingness to gain an understanding of a multi-layered technical architecture.

Nurturing existing clients, ensuring all are up to date with new ranges, products, images and product data

  • Working with the range and research team to meet data-led client curation and design needs
  • Running weekly meetings to effectively cross-department project manage the team to ensure assets are delivered correctly and on time for all clients
  • Making data-led decisions on sales and managing new and existing clients through the Hubspot CRM
  • Oversee and delegate all tasks related to inventory and lead time updates across all client order portals
  • Supporting with cross-department projects to improve ways of working and communication across the business
Account Management and sales experience within a professional environment

  • A demonstrable knowledge of Excel and Google Suite
  • Experience in cross-department project management
  • Ability to create and analyse sales data to inform decisions and strategy
  • Experience using Hubspot CRM
  • Experience in product upload for ecommerce websites or marketplaces
  • An understanding or any experience in API and EDI order management systems
