Full Job Description
You will be supporting the Marketing Manager in delivering the marketing and social media strategy to enable the company to achieve its goals and objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Help with the creation of content across all social media channels, including video content, to promote our products/services to our target audience
- Research and write blog posts and other online content
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials including flyers, price sheets, adverts and more
- Help plan, promote, attend and follow up on shows/events
- Admin tasks within the marketing and website team, as well as assisting other departments within the company when required
- Liaising with staff at our branches to update and remind them of customer promotions and offers
- Assist with organising and distributing marketing materials and point of sale to our retail sites and wholesale team
- Help with organising and maintaining the marketing asset and image library
Desirable skills and experience:
- An interest in social media/social media experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and get stuck in
- Able to use your initiative for problem solving and creative thinking
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Knowledge of analytics software
- Knowledge of, or an interest in, the automotive industry (car/truck/agricultural)
- Experience of using a form of design software
The role will be primarily based at our head office in Horncastle Lincolnshire, but you will occasionally be required to visit our locations across the East of England as well as attend shows.
For this reason you will need access to your own transport and be prepared to occasionally make journeys alone or accompanied by the Marketing Manager.
