Job Description
As a part of our team, you will work on developing and evaluating communication campaigns to boost awareness of Estyn's mission and increase brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Create comprehensive content plans for various communication channels to promote our services, publications, and recruitment drives.Generate compelling content for different audiences across platforms such as our website and social media.Provide reports and analysis on website usage, social media engagement, and marketing campaigns to measure their impact.Manage media relations, handle press inquiries, and prepare press releases and briefings.Coordinate important corporate announcements and oversee external newsletter production.Lead blog management, editing, and publishing.Ensure consistency in Estyn's brand messaging and tone of voice across all communication channels.Collaborate with managers to plan and create content.Undertake any additional tasks as required.Person Specification
Essential Requirements:
Experience or qualification in a relevant communication field.Digital content development experience for various channels.Proficiency in digital tools, social media platforms, and basic CMS.Ability to analyze data for campaign evaluation.Familiarity with media engagement and press release drafting.Strong writing skills and the ability to simplify technical information.IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Strong organizational and time management skills.Desirable Skills:
Proficiency in Welsh or willingness to learn.Professional stakeholder engagement.Internal communication support experience.Knowledge of digital communication trends.Behaviours
