What we are looking for

  • Previous managerial experience in a customer service function
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • You'll be guest obsessed and operationally savvy
  • Full of initiative, someone that can think on their feet, problem solve and be decisive
  • Be someone that can take the lead when the pressure's on


Our commercial areas are very much part of the immersive experience, therefore visual merchandising and space management within the commercial areas will be essential as will the integration of engaging photo and games opportunities which are fully aligned to improve each customer visit.


With your commercial hat on you'll analyse and interpret sales data and feedback information on product performance to ensure our targets are achieved, by making the best use of all opportunities.

You'll take ownership and prepare detailed action plans to improve profits and work with the central buying team and Group Commercial Director to deliver an effective process for product development, margin management and stock availability.


As part of the attraction management team, you'll help recruit, lead, and train the Commercial team to be the best they can.

Upskilling and encouraging them to deliver outstanding service whilst challenging them to increase customer conversion rates and drive up the average spend per head to achieve sales targets and ultimately grow our profits.

This is a full-time, permanent role. Working any 5 days from 7, including working a regular fair share of weekends and bank holidays as required.
