We have an exciting opportunity to join the Group Technology & Operations department as a Group Operations Trainer.


In this role you will be joining at a thrilling time with the opportunity to contribute to and shape the future of our training department in support of our Group wide strategy.

About the role


Accountable for the design, development, and delivery of a range of innovative and engaging training programmes and initiatives meeting the needs and future ambitions of Royal London.

Communicate and represent Group Operations Training team at a Senior Management / Programme level and facilitate efficient and effective engagement.

Assist with the design and implementation tools and technologies to support digital deliveries.

Work collaboratively with Group Technology & Operations teams to understand their skills gaps, to develop and implement the appropriate training to meet those needs.

Assist in the Management, methodology, planning, organising, coordination, and execution of projects including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Establish and manage relationships working across a diverse set of stakeholders.

About you

The ability to operate flexibly, forward think and adapt quickly to change.
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience liaising with stakeholders at a variety of levels.
Experience in training needs analysis, design and formal training delivery using variety of learning practices.
Comfortable working and creating digital learning content using various authoring tools.
Ability to translate complex issues and information into simple, key messages and deliver them creatively.
