The role
The Risk Operations and Integration team leads on activity that allows the Risk function to operate effectively, plan for the future and drive continuous improvement.

Tracking Risk function performance
- Produce the monthly Group Risk Scorecard (GRS) to effectively report on how the Risk function is performing against its annual plan, performance indicators and promote discussion around resource capacity.
Board Risk Committee (BRC) Agenda Setting
- Work with Company Secretary to obtain input from CROs and the wider Risk function to create and refine BRC agendas. Support the wider agenda setting process including the creation of forwardlooking agendas and scheduling of post BRC download sessions for the Risk function.
Delivery of Team Objectives:
- Support delivery of the Risk Operation and Integration Team's wider objectives as required.
Reporting:
- Contribute to Risk Operations reporting for Management Committees and Board Risk Committees, gathering input from across the Risk function and producing draft reports (e.g. quarterly assurance updates).
Continuous Improvement:
- Review and challenge risk operations processes to suggest areas for improvement or efficiency.
Analyse risk operations MI:
- Analyse key MI including SmartCore data and HR MI, to proactively identify trends across the Risk function and present these in a way that promotes discussion and supports decision making. Identify any discrepancies with underlying data and support their resolution.
Stakeholder management and building relationships:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Line 2 to understand requirements and gather input for operations and resource capacity management.
What are we looking for?
Additionally, you will have proven analytical skills with the ability to validate, challenge and analyse information from a variety of sources to present insight and required action.
You will be proficient in the tools required to analyse and present information in an effective way, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Prior experience working in governance, risk and/or compliance related roles is desirable. It would also be beneficial, but not essential, to have a good understanding of Risk Management Frameworks.Why choose us?
