Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Lead cybersecurity GRC client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Oversee small to medium-sized cybersecurity GRC projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Advise clients on best practices in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance, helping them to achieve and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Assessment & Implementation: Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, gap analyses, and develop tailored GRC frameworks and strategies for clients.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and enhance compliance.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation, providing clear and actionable insights for clients.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, effectively communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a cybersecurity GRC role, with a strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance principles specific to cybersecurity.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or similar are highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in cybersecurity risk assessment methodologies, regulatory compliance requirements, and GRC tools.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing cybersecurity projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
