Sales & Customer Service Rep

North Yorkshire

Do you have a real interest in the horticulture sector and want the opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading and largest online tree suppliers?

You will be doing:

Providing exceptional sales assistance and guidance on all products to ensure customers select items suited to their requirements.

  • Following up on quotations and responding in a timely manner.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Achieving sales targets and providing monthly sales reporting.
  • Offering information and guidance on the aftercare.
  • Processing customer orders.

What you'll need:

  • A real interest in the horticultural sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A friendly, approachable manner and adaptability as a team player.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
  • A customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in sales and customer service is essential.
