Benefits

  • Competitive starting salary of £8.9110/hr (depending on experience) + an additional £1/hr for weekends/evenings/bank holidays + an additional £1/hr for every additional client you support if you take people out in groups (i.e. if you were on £9/hr and took 2 clients to the cinema together at the weekend you would be paid £11/hr for that visit)
  • Entry level position with training, career development and opportunities for promotion
  • Paid day off on your birthday (or choose to work and get paid double instead)
  • Employee bonus opportunities

You might be taking someone trampolining or to the cinema one day, followed by a day of walking or accompanying someone to a volunteering session the next.

Your role is to enable the people in our care to achieve their personal goals.
