We are currently looking for Support Workers to join our team in Northampton.
Wellington Support provide support to adults with Mental Health conditions, Learning Disabilities and other complex needs.

We provide support in a mixture of locations across Northampton and Kettering ranging from small, homely three bed shared accommodation to clusters of self-contained flats.

Staff support is provided 24 hours per day.


As a team we promote person centred support and help each person to achieve their goals and aspirations by focusing on the skills they have and building upon them.

We are proud that we have made a positive impact on people's lives and have been able to see people develop their skills and confidence so they can take ownership over their own lives.
