As an HR Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing overall strategic and operational leadership to US HR Operations Payroll and supervision of the US Payroll team while interacting with internal stakeholders, payroll vendors, and system integrators.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.

These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Lead and manage the US payroll team and the development of US payroll strategy
  • Develop and lead US payroll solutions that deliver accurate and timely payroll solutions, payroll processing, and an efficient and simple experience
  • Develop business insights & analytics including formal and adhoc analysis of payroll, benefits and headcount
  • Partner with Payroll Directors/Managers in the selected region to create a regional/global payroll solution
  • Guide process standardization and improvement in designing the payroll solution that takes people, process, and technology into consideration
  • Manage payroll operations related to employee compensation and benefits including processing of U.S. payroll for exempt/nonexempt workers, researching discrepancies and identifying/resolving related issues
  • Partner with Benefits to manage all participant equity plan transactions and ensure they are correctly processed in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and local payroll tax laws and maintain supporting documents for internal/external auditors
  • Actively identify Payroll issues, manage risks and recommend viable solutions with accountability for accuracy
  • Manage and drive accountability with thirdparty vendors

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of experience in payroll/payroll tax within large corporations at regional or global level
  • Experience with stock and benefits administration
  • Experience managing third party vendor relationships and negotiating appropriate contracts

Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Master's degree
  • Ability to manage highly confidential information
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus and flexibility
