Overview:

We are currently searching for a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to join our dynamic and enthusiastic team in Liverpool within one of our outstanding services.

Responsibilities:
- Offer strong leadership and management to the care home, maintaining the highest care standards.

- Supervise the recruitment, training, and growth of a committed team of healthcare professionals, nurturing a culture of ongoing improvement and individual development.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those of the CQC, and take necessary steps to address any areas needing improvement.

- Cultivate and sustain effective relationships with residents, families, and external partners, encouraging transparent communication and a person-centered care approach.

- Manage the financial aspects of the nursing home, such as budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management, while upholding uncompromised care quality.

- Continuously assess and enhance the nursing home's performance, making essential changes and improvements to elevate overall care quality and resident satisfaction.


Requirements:

Proven experience in care home management, with a solid track record of providing exceptional care and achieving positive CQC ratings.

NMC pin preferred
In-depth understanding of the regulatory framework
Strong leadership and management capabilities, able to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Solid financial skills, including budgeting, resource management, and cost control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering effective relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
Recognized qualification in health & social care
