Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and present a wide array of drinks, from classic cocktails to innovative creations, ensuring each beverage is of the highest quality.
  • Engage with our patrons, providing a warm, friendly presence that enhances their experience and encourages return visits.
  • Efficiently manage orders and transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Uphold the cleanliness and organisation of the bar, contributing to a pleasant and inviting environment.
  • Proactively restock and manage bar inventory, ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety standards, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for both staff and customers.
  • Offer knowledgeable recommendations, tailoring suggestions to individual tastes and preferences, thereby personalising the customer experience.

  • Ideally, you'll have prior experience in a bartending or hospitality role, but we're eager to meet individuals with a genuine enthusiasm for the industry.
