Catholic Chaplain

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Catholic Chaplain to join our team at the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi-Academy Trust. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in providing spiritual guidance and support to our students, staff, and families.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive faith formation program that aligns with the Catholic values and mission of our trust.
• Provide pastoral care and support to students, staff, and families, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate Catholic values and teachings into the curriculum.
• Lead and participate in liturgical services, prayer sessions, and other spiritual activities that foster a sense of community and belonging.
• Work closely with the headteacher and other senior leaders to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the Catholic Life of the school.

• Be a practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to the Catholic faith and values.
• Hold a relevant qualification in theology, education, or a related field.
• Have experience working in a Catholic school or educational setting.
• Be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
