This temporary opportunity offers the potential to become a permanent role for the right person.

This is a varied role, where typical duties could include:

Managing email inbox

Transcribing from voice notes/audio notes

Writing emails on behalf of the CEO

General admin tasks

Providing holiday cover for PA

Assisting with making travel bookings, booking meetings and organising calendars

Other duties to support

Applications are invited from individuals with the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in a similar role is essential

IT Literate - experienced with Microsoft Word, Outlook

Organised person, with an eye for detail

Team player with a flexible attitude


This is a full time, office based role, with the potential to become permanent within a fairly short period of time.

Hours of work are (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
