What to expect:


A placement in Johnson and Johnson Technology (JJT) will allow the opportunity for you to explore and gain experience in different areas of our Consumer Health business.

As a placement student you could be supporting our business in implementing key technologies and solutions to help enable our business in impacting the billions of Consumer they touch each day through our products or you could be supporting our technology teams in ensuring our projects are delivering value in line with our regional technology strategies and practices.

Regardless of the team you will be placed in you will partner and closely and learn from experienced teams across multiple different geographies and functional areas; understanding how technology plays an important part in the success of our organisation.

As a JJT placement student you will enjoy a dynamic role in a fast paced, innovative and ground-breaking environment. Our commitment to you is to ensure your placement in JJT offers you a breadth of experience and learnings.

Areas of opportunities:

Business Technology Student Placement:


The Business Technology Placement will partner with senior and experienced leaders in our Northern Europe cluster (supporting our U.K, Ireland, and Nordic markets) on projects and initiatives that enable a smarter, agile, and collaborative way of working within the organisation.

You will work closely with the business to drive strategic outcomes through effective utilisation of technology, whilst gaining exposure to organisational tools and ways of working over the placement year.


We believe that experience crafting innovative technology solutions, agile ways of working, intellectual curiosity, and leading small delivery teams are essential to enable you to be successful.

Furthermore, it is important that you are a natural collaborator, who has the leadership presence to influence results and build a solid sense of collective team engagement.

We want to see you become a passionate and proven leader with the ability to gain business partner agreement, communicate confidently at both the technical and project team level, and collaborate with a variety of technical and non-technical teams.

You will develop your leadership skillset around relationship management, project/program management, business process/analysis, quality and compliance.

Alongside working on projects this role will guide you in seeing the bigger picture, not just with what we do, but why we do things as a company.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your hands-on experience within a technology role and help drive a consumer-obsessed agile culture
